"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

— Jeremiah 29:11

More than a building.
A declaration of faith.

The Well Community Center Campus is the long-range vision of Living Water Resources — a permanent, multi-building campus in Cle Elum, Washington that will serve the full Upper Kittitas Valley for generations to come.

We believe every person in our valley deserves access to community, education, healthcare, job training, and belonging — regardless of background or circumstance. The Well brings it all under one roof, rooted in Christian faith and open to all.

Across 25 acres, 3–4 permanent buildings totaling approximately 100,000 square feet will be built in phases, beginning in 2027. No temporary structures. Every building purpose-built to serve, endure, and inspire.

This is not a project. It is a calling.

"A place where Living Water flows into every dimension of community life — physical, spiritual, educational, and economic."
